Barry Jennings Blog due Monday

Ok, so when my teacher gave me an assignment involving me to write about a book that I have read that has been banned. I thought to myself now what have I read that has been banned. Carefully analyzing my archive of literature (more like "A" bookshelf of literature) in my head I figured out that I read a book almost every day that has been ban numerous times it's called the BIBLE.
Now you’re probably having an aha moment same here so now we have something in common but since this is not a dating site I’ll stick straight to the facts. The Bible has been banned on more than several occasions many times for example public schools being a big one, i’m going to try and stick around the vicinity of United States more. Starting with what is the bible, for those who do not know the bible is the guide for Christian followers who find themselves seeking God seeking Jesus Christ and wanting to live a life based on, "God's Word."
The exalting of the promotion of the Bible has been a recurring dating back to late B.C. around the Christian Persecution not in the U.S. but more Rome. Since we live in a society today that people have so much liberty we aren’t committed to one religion and there are so many other people in America that have separate religions and views. Therefore promoting one religion in public schools makes certain kids uncomfortable with their learning environment. Kids with different religions might not agree with the practice of reading the bible in school other than historical educational purposes or the understanding of literature and art. Personally I feel as if maybe banning it from public schools is a better idea because religion isn’t something you can force upon someone it's of someone's free will. When you try to connect the reading of the bible as a practice with the education of public schools America might not get as much people entering the country as result. Certain people see it as unconstitutional or I read from bias opinions that the bible encourages sex, killing and etc. As I read that I thought really compare the Bible influencing behavior like that and look at the media. But solely what I am arguing is that bible should not be promoted in public institutions because the people have the right belief in whatever they choose religion is a choice and should not be forced upon someone.
